Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal Hybrid Work Environment | Competitive Salary & Benefits Awad & Baker, PLLC, a prominent personal injury law firm, is seeking a Experience in Personal injury law of plaintiff-side experience to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a variety of litigation support tasks from intake through trial prep.

Salary:

$65,000 – $82,000 (commensurate with experience)

Location:

Hybrid (Remote & In-Office)

Schedule:

Full-time Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
• Maintain and organize case files throughout the litigation process
• Draft and respond to discovery demands in compliance with court orders
• Prepare and draft Bills of Particulars and other litigation documents
• Assist attorneys with case organization and management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal
• Strong knowledge of the CPLR and Court procedure regarding filing on NYSCEF and complying with discovery orders
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience preparing cases for trial is a plus
