Real Estate Paralegal SCG Recruiting Garden City, NY 11530 Paralegal, Real Estate -Garden City, NY- Our client, a small but busy and fast-paced Real Estate law firm located in Garden City, seeks a capable and experienced Paralegal with residential real estate experience to support a 1-attorney firm. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years’ paralegal experience in residential real estate, with proficiency in drafting contracts, scheduling closings, coordinating with title companies and banks, etc., for a high volume firm (7-10 closings per week). The salary for this opportunity is $50k, and includes up to 3-weeks PTO.
