Real Estate Paralegal Rosen Associates Management Corp. Jericho, NY 11753 Real Estate Developer and Shopping Center Property Manager is seeking a paralegal knowledgeable in real estate transactions. Primary duties of this position are: Preparation and customization of retail leases Tracking lease expiration and options and preparing lease extensions, modifications and assignments. Understanding an interpretation of lease clauses to determine tenant and landlord responsibilities thereunder. Abstracting lease terms and entering into the computer program (sage/timberline experience a plus). Vetting references from prospective tenants. Interfacing with tax reduction companies to evaluate the possibility of and secure tax reductions. Various other responsibilities include, but not limited to, tracking real estate tax increase, insurance certificates, tenant correspondence, maintaining schedules and gathering litigation production requests.
