Law Offices of Robin Burner Daleo, PLLC Mount Sinai, NY 11766 Elder Law Paralegal The Law Offices of Robin Burner Daleo, PLLC is currently seeking a full-time Elder Law Paralegal to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in a rewarding and growing area of law, focusing on Medicaid planning, estate planning, and trust and estate administration. No prior experience is required – we will provide full training.

Elder Law Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and filing of Community and Chronic Medicaid applications Communicate with clients, courts, and government agencies Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines Perform administrative tasks related to elder law matters

Elder Law Paralegal Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with compassion and professionalism Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn case management systems
