Job Description
Experienced Paralegal – Real Estate Asaf A. German, P.C. Smithtown, NY 11787 The candidate will be an integral member of the team with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment. Applicants must be familiar with residential buyer/seller representation. Specific responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers, attend closings representing buyers and sellers and meet with clients to review contracts. Demonstrated record of attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to handle and prioritize substantial workload.
Job requirements:
Must have experience as a Real Estate Paralegal representing buyers and sellers. If your experience is primarily representing lenders, this position is not for you.
