Litigation Paralegal – Suffolk County (On-site)

Salary:

Up to$75,000 Our client, a well-regarded boutique law firm, is seeking asharp and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team inSuffolk County. We are known for our deep roots in real estate lawand a dynamic litigation practice handling high-stakes commercialand land use disputes in both State and Federal courts. What You’ll Do:

Support attorneys throughout allstages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appealsDraft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings,motions, discovery, subpoenas, and appellate briefs Manage casecalendars, deadlines, and organize electronic and hard-copy casefiles Handle e-discovery processes, including document review andproduction Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and clientmeetings File documents electronically in State and Federal courts(NYSCEF, ECF/PACER)

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years oflitigation experience, ideally in commercial or real estate-relatedmatters Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filingsystems Proficiency with e-discovery tools (Lexis Nexis.) Excellentcommunication, organization, and time management skills Acollaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in afast-paced environment
