Real Estate Paralegal Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP Hauppauge, NY 11788 Real Estate Paralegal Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, a prominent Long Island law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and organized full-time Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team in Hauppauge, NY, with a primary focus of supporting its Real Estate practice group.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases. Review and prepare closing documents such as deeds, title reports, and contracts. Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely closings. Conduct property title searches and due diligence investigations. Maintain real estate transaction files and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain and organize client files and documents. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings. Assist in billing and timekeeping. May potentially assist with the litigation department’s matters, as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate and knowledge of real estate laws. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution a plus.
