Are you a skilled litigation paralegal ready to support a busy civil and corporate litigation practice? We’re seeking Litigation Paralegal to join a respected legal team in Pittsburgh, PA. If you’re highly organized, detail-driven, and thrive under pressure — this is your next move!

Role:
You’ll support attorneys handling a wide range of civil and corporate litigation matters, including:
Real Estate Litigation
Construction Litigation
Corporate Litigation
Employment Litigation
School Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
Calendar hearings, track deadlines, and manage legal logistics
Organize exhibits, case files, evidence, briefs, and appendices
Provide high-level litigation support from pre-litigation through appeal
What You Bring:
✔️ Paralegal certificate required
✔️ 3+ years of litigation experience (corporate litigation preferred)
✔️ Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
✔️ Excellent typing and phone communication skills
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ideally Worldox
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$50,000-$55,000 (based on experience)
