We’re seeking a full-time Administrative team member who brings professionalism, care, and a dedication to building trust and clarity for clients navigating significant life and business milestones.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and the public. Create, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files for various legal matters. Prepare legal documents under the direction of attorneys and paralegals. Monitor real estate transactions, draft agreements, and schedule closings. Assist with probate processes, including regulatory and court filings. Handle the intake process for new clients and draft engagement agreements. Oversee client communications and ensure timely responses. Maintain the firm calendar and schedule appointments. Manage the firm’s accounting files and track expenses. Act as a certified notary for various legal documents. Ensure smooth office operations and provide an organized environment. Perform general office work, including copying, scanning, and sorting mail. Review local legal journal to protect client interests. Create detailed systems for task completion. Run errands to bank, post office, and courthouse on occasion.

Preferred Education, Experience & Interests:

Experience or education in legal based career or services. Experience or education in accounting or bookkeeping. Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office, legal case management systems, such as MyCase or Clio, Lackner, QuickBooks, Canva, and Adobe. Experience in task management and/or workflow creation.

Paid Holidays Compensation:
  • $16-$20/hour
Compensation DOE Hours:
  • 40 hours week (may be flexible to start at 8:00 or 8:30); one hour for lunch
