Work/Life Balance Job DetailsResponsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and legal support toattorneys, including drafting and editing legal documents andcorrespondence. 2. Manage and organize case files, includingproofing, binding, and filing pleadings with courts. 3. Oversee thee-filing of briefs, Interrogatories, and other legal documents. 4.File pleadings with courts and administrative agencies,particularly e-filings. Edit briefs and interrogatories. 5.Maintain accurate time entries for all assigned tasks and projects.6. Utilize Excel and other data management tools to manage andanalyze case-related data. 7. Work with PDF documents; convert Worddocuments, extract pages, create forms. 8. Coordinate and schedulemeetings, court dates, and other appointments, ensuring all areaccurately reflected in the team’s calendar. 9. Prepare and manageexpense reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission. 10.Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing professionaland efficient communication.

Qualifications:

1. Experience as aParalegal and/or Legal Assistant; litigation experience ispreferred. 2. Excellent computer skills; MS Office Suite andOutlook, etc. Interested in hearing more?
