Supporting the preparation, drafting, and negotiation of commercial contracts. Escalating complex legal issues to external legal counsel for specialized review and guidance. Completing customer forms, including questionnaires, surveys, and other documentation, for legal accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Processing certificates of insurance and uploading them to customer portals to ensure compliance with contractual insurance requirements. Proofreading legal documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and numerical accuracy.
