Our expertise spans across real estate, corporate, transactional, IP, and employment law. Due to our growth plans, we are in immediate need of hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Position Overview The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in the preparation and management of civil litigation cases. This role involves conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting in trial preparation to ensure efficient case management and successful litigation outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes. Prepare and organize trial materials and exhibits. Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal documents. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed. Assist in the preparation for depositions and court appearances. Review and summarize contracts and legal documents related to cases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation. Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software. Strong understanding of civil litigation processes, real estate law, and corporate law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
