Provide comprehensive litigation support toattorneys on mass tort cases. Manage a high volume of cases fromstart to finish, including initial client intake, draftingpleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Conduct extensivelegal research and fact-checking to assist attorneys in casepreparation. Maintain and update case files, ensuring all relevantinformation is easily accessible and up-to-date. Coordinate withexpert witnesses and other outside parties as needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegalin litigation or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in ParalegalStudies, Law, or a related field. A paralegal certificate from anABA-approved program is preferable. Proficiency in legal researchtools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong organizational skills with the abilityto manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case managementsoftware.
