K PTO WFH Flexibility Job Details Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing employment-basednon-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1,E-2, O-1, and PERM labor certifications. Conduct thorough researchon immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Draft and reviewlegal documents, including petitions, applications, cover letters,and supporting documentation. Communicate with clients to gathernecessary information and documentation for visa applications andpetitions. Maintain case files and ensure all client information isaccurate and up-to-date. Monitor and track the status of filedapplications and petitions, and follow up with clients andgovernment agencies as needed. Prepare and file extensions,amendments, and change of status petitions. Assist in preparingresponses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent toDeny (NOIDs). Coordinate and manage client consultations and casereview meetings. Ensure all work is completed in a timely mannerand deadlines are met. Stay updated on changes in immigration lawsand regulations. Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from anaccredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience as animmigration paralegal, with a focus on business immigration. Strongunderstanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, andprocedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handlemultiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment. Experience with immigration case management software(e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix) is a plus.
