Medical Dental VisionJob Details Responsibilities:
1. Assist attorneys in all stages oflitigation cases from onset through post-trial. 2. Conduct legalresearch and factual investigation. 3. Draft and prepare legaldocuments such as pleadings, motions, and discoveryrequests/responses. 4. Review, organize and analyze complex legaldocuments and produce summaries. 5. Coordinate and manage thee-filing process in state and federal courts. 6. Communicate withclients, opposing counsel, judicial administrative staff, and otherrelevant parties as required. 7. Maintain case management systemand ensure information is up-to-date and accurate. 8. Assist withtrial preparation including witness lists, exhibits, and trialbinders.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as aLitigation Paralegal, specifically with plaintiff-side cases. 2.Proficiency in drafting and filing pleadings, motions, anddiscovery requests/responses. 3. Exceptional legal writing andcommunication skills. 4. Experience with e-filing in state andfederal courts. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize,and meet deadlines. 6.
