Litigation Paralegal 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Philadelphia, PA 19103 Our Client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal for their office. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position, with the ability to work remotely one day a week. Salary is $65K-$75K per year based on experience. Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Typing general correspondence, memoranda, and complex legal documents Calendar docket entries and scheduling attorney appointments Preparing and tracking subpoenas Electronic court filings in Federal Court, Philadelphia and surrounding counties Pre-trial and discovery processes Trial prep and post-trial duties Reviewing and summarizing medical records Cite checking and research

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of Litigation experience Familiar with PA court procedures Ability to handle pressure, interruptions, and multiple projects with frequently changing priorities and deadlines Experience working with computerized case management system Ability to multitask and teamwork-oriented
