Job Duties will include:

Speaking to new leads Reviewing files received from referring attorneys Gathering information for new cases Entering new case information into case management system Opening claims with insurance carriers Requesting police reports, deeds and insurance documents Preparing letters to insurance carriers, tortfeasors and medical providers Working directly with clients answering questions and for needed paperwork. Working with the medical records team to follow up on treatment status 2-3 years of Personal Injury, pre litigation experience preferred. Salary commensurate with experience
