Salary:

$95,000 – $115,000 per year Abit about us: We are conducting a search for an experienced Trusts& Estates Paralegal to join a prestigious Philadelphia law firmwith an expanding Trusts & Estates practice. The ideal candidatewill have at least 5 years of experience in trusts and estates lawand a demonstrated history of managing Pennsylvania and New Jerseyestate administrations. Interested candidates should haveexperience with the following: Handling Pennsylvania and New Jerseystate administrations from start to finish Completing probatefilings Identifying and collecting assets and debts Preparing andfiling federal and state death tax returns Preparing fiduciaryincome tax returns Keeping track of estate deadlines and ensuringefficient administration of estates Preparing correspondence toclients, investment advisors, and other professionals HandlingSurrogate Court Filings Notarizing (notary license preferred butnot required) We are seeking candidates with exceptionalorganization, writing, and time management skills with exceptionalattention to detail.
