Insurance Defense Paralegal Callinan & Smith LLP Hawley, PA 18428 Job Overview Experienced paralegal sought for busy branch office of a regional Insurance Defense firm. Duties include, but are not limited to: drafting pleadings, correspondence, medical records summaries/analysis, motions, discovery responses, arbitration submissions tracking medical records requests, defense examinations, records requests, Court dates, discovery responses conferencing with clients to respond to discovery requests, information needs The applicant should be a self-starter, exhibit attention to detail and be a team player.
