Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide temporary coverage for our full-time Paralegal who will be on vacation. This is a 3-day assignment supporting a busy personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have prior legal administrative experience and be comfortable handling paralegal support tasks with minimal supervision. This temporary role may lead to a part-time, as-needed position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting Organize and maintain case files Conduct light legal research and summarize findings Coordinate communications with clients and courts Support the attorney with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
