Dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400attorneys and professionals, is seeking a Commercial Real EstateParalegal or legal practice Assistant to join its Charleston, SCoffice. T his full-time position, under the direction of anattorney will assist with commercial real estate closings, reviewtitle and survey, revise and review lease amendments,non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize andmaintain files; and prepare closing documents. This is a directhire position with a salary of $60,000 – 75,000 with excellentbenefits located in Charleston SC Requirements The ideal candidatewill possess a four year degree (or the equivalent), with at leastthree years of extensive commercial real estate experience in aparalegal role or as a legal practice assistant. Paralegalcertification preferred Must have strong communication andproblem-solving skills, work independently, be professional,self-motivated and a team player Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excelskills.
