Paralegal Overview A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in handling complex commercial litigation and business litigation matters in both State and Federal courts. A Day in the Life Prepare drafts of pleadings, notices, and motions under the guidance of attorneys. Assist in preparing deposition notices and organizing deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries. Manage case files for expert and corporate witness deposition preparation. Track and manage discovery, including the preparation and service of document productions. Participate in litigation strategy meetings and contribute insights as needed. Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth case management and deadlines are met. We’re Looking for

Someone Who:

Has at least 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Possesses strong critical thinking skills and the ability to handle complex legal matters. Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and is a true team player. Is proficient in utilizing legal technology and willing to learn new software. Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing teamwork, client services, and efficiency. Holds a 2- or 4-year degree and a paralegal certificate (work experience may be substituted for education). Is flexible and able to work overtime as needed to meet business demands. Compensation Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
