We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing a diverse caseload. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the litigation process, conducting research, organizing documents, and assisting in trial preparation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth. More about the role Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations. Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and other relevant documents. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal correspondence and contracts. Coordinate and manage document production, including e-discovery. Prepare deposition summaries and assist in witness preparation. Schedule hearings, depositions, and other court-related events. Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in court rules and procedures.
Requirements:
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Strong knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology. Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Familiarity with electronic filing systems.
