Job Type:
Full-Time, Permanent Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated group of professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial to post-trial. Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery. Coordinate and manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date. Conduct legal research to support case preparation. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as needed. Maintain and track deadlines for filings and court appearances. Support trial preparation and attend trials as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal (preferred). In-depth knowledge of litigation processes and legal terminology. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Paralegal certification or relevant legal education (preferred). Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues.
