What You’ll Do:

Draft pleadings, motions, and subpoenas Manage discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit) and trial prep Communicate with clients and attorneys to keep things moving Dive deep into litigation files and help us win cases!

What You’ll Bring:

2-3 years of insurance defense litigation paralegal experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Excellent writing and communication abilities Familiarity with case management systems like Time Matters or Clio is a bonus Comfortable with state and federal e-filing Experience with hourly billing What’s In It for
