Job Description
⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Experienced and mature family court paralegal only (Columbia) compensation: 25 per hour plus expenses paid Hello, ma’am, I trust youre well today. I am looking for you if you are a good writer with ability to work part time in the next 6 weeks formatting, preparing, prepping and delivering documents to Richland County family court. The preparer will be working for a father experiencing 7 years of alienation and contempt by a malignant ex-wife and her immediate family, who has a small child that we , and having been in contempt the whole time. This is a project for an experienced paralegal with 10+ years experience in family law of South Carolina with experience in the following complaints, issues and needs of the case:
- Immediate modification or appearance required by other party
- Proceeding to hire attorney locally at pre-negotiated rate
- Proceeding to help attorney with preparing the documentation for providing the court with alienation evidence and requesting immediate relief
- Hiring psychologist for expert testimony
- GAL appointment request
- Psychologist for other party and child
- Gathering witnesses in the family for affidavits and working with attorney to get them subpoenaed if necessary
- delivering all documents to and from the court and various parties
- keeping track of living documentation on the cloud (Docs)
- Drive folder administration
- phone calls and email with client (me) This will be a gig position until the case is favorably resolved and will pay 25 dollars per hour (unfortunately I cant afford an alternate scheme due to my situation, if I could, I would pay much higher and require full time work to get resolved immediately, but I cant).
All expenses in association with this case are paid by credit card provided, including per diem for transportation, gas, fees, anything that is having to do with the case outside/in addition to your hourly rate). Thank you, Mr.
