We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities Manage attorney calendars, calls, emails, and tasks Schedule client meetings, depositions, and hearings—including travel and logistics Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Assist with electronic filing of pleadings and exhibits Maintain confidential legal files and dockets Support attorneys with various administrative tasks Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; iManage and Aderant experience a plus Ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex document mark-ups High level of professionalism and sound judgment High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay Details:
