This full-time, onsite position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional to make a meaningful impact by supporting complex litigation matters, coordinating trial preparation, and delivering high-level case management support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-oriented litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This individual brings strong research and writing skills, enjoys working alongside a team of dedicated attorneys, and is confident managing documents, court filings, and case logistics from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-depth legal research and assist with initial case assessments and investigations. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence. Organize and maintain case files, track key deadlines, and manage e-filing processes across local, state, and federal courts. Coordinate with courts, administrative agencies, and opposing counsel as needed. Support attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, document production, and exhibit organization. Review, organize, and summarize case-related materials such as depositions, medical records, expert reports, and evidence. Attend and assist with depositions, client meetings, settlement negotiations, and case strategy sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate required; ABA-accredited program preferred. Strong paralegal experience in a litigation-focused setting. Strong command of legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and case management systems. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic filing systems. Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Nashville, TN , offering a competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
