Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. This role is pivotal within a civil litigation firm where transactional practice is emphasized, with a special focus on representing individuals with significant assets and investments. The successful candidate will be expected to manage complex transactions, asset management, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex transactions and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Manage client assets and investments.
- Contribute to the transactional practices within the civil litigation firm.
- Work closely with the family law attorney to represent individuals.
- Utilize NetDocs for document management and be open to further training.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in complex transaction handling.
- Demonstrated skills in asset management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent research and report-writing abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Proficiency in using legal research software and other related software.
- A solid understanding of legal terminologies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
