Responsibilities would include preparing pleadings and other court documents, scheduling, filing, and other administrative work. Because of the nature of the work, some time would be spent on the phone with debtors/defendants. The ideal candidate is punctual, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive and professional phone demeanor. Hours could range from 30-40 hours per week, depending on the candidate. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
