Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Litigation Paralegal on behalf of our client, a highly respected and established legal services firm in Memphis, TN! This full-time, onsite position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional to make a meaningful impact by supporting complex litigation matters, coordinating trial preparation, and delivering high-level case management support. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This individual is comfortable working independently, enjoys collaborating with attorneys, and is confident managing documents, court filings, and case logistics from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct legal research and assist with case assessments, discovery, and trial preparation.
Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
Prepare and manage trial binders, exhibits, and deposition materials.
Manage e-filing and court submissions across local, state, and federal jurisdictions.
Maintain case files and manage document databases such as Relativity or comparable platforms.
Coordinate communications with courts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Track billable time with a target of approximately 1,400 hours annually (approx. 75% litigation support).
Assist attorneys Michael Brady, Jonathan Nelson, and John Gawin with ongoing litigation needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate required; ABA-accredited program preferred.
Strong paralegal experience in a litigation-focused setting; civil litigation preferred.
Experience with court rules, e-filing procedures, and trial preparation is essential.
Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, and Relativity.
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Must be comfortable working fully onsite in the Memphis office; no hybrid flexibility expected at this time.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Memphis, TN, offering a competitive salary of $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
