In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation. You’ll bring your expertise to case organization, legal research, drafting and managing legal documents, and communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is committed to delivering exceptional support throughout the litigation process. You will also act as a key legal professional by monitoring modifications in national, state, and local rules plus court resolutions, and advancements. Compensation:

$45,750 yearly

Responsibilities:

Drafting Complaints and other pleadings Confirming service of process Drafting discovery responses Preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials

Qualifications:
