• We are seeking a dedicated Probation Officer to join our team. As a Probation Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting individuals who have been placed on probation. Your role will involve assessing their progress, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with court-ordered conditions.

• Duties:

• Conduct interviews with probationers to assess their needs and progress
• Utilize law enforcement knowledge to enforce court-ordered conditions
• Implement motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavior change
• Prepare detailed reports documenting probationers’ compliance and progress
• Manage cases effectively by developing and implementing individualized case plans
• Handle crisis situations with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with social work professionals to provide comprehensive support to probationers

• Skills:

• Proficient in interviewing techniques
• Strong background in law enforcement procedures
• Experience with motivational interviewing methods
• Excellent report writing skills
• Ability to effectively manage cases and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in crisis management strategies
