Hourly Rate:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Member Service Specialist to support our MLTC enrollment process and provide exceptional service to prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries and explain RiverSpring Health Plans and covered services Manage enrollment data, records, and submissions Conduct plan-to-plan transfer calls with NY Medicaid Choice (Maximus) Support Intake RNs and clinical staff with required documentation Prepare records for Quality Assurance review Maintain accurate enrollment logs and provide administrative support

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; college degree preferred 2+ years’ experience in healthcare or managed care Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Bilingual in Chinese or Russian preferred
