JusticeWorks YouthCare is excited to welcome an experienced Juvenile Support Specialist to join our team! As a Juvenile Support Specialist, you will play an important role in providing support and guidance to at-risk youth and their families. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between the court system, service providers, and families. The qualified Juvenile Support Specialist will: Provide case management and support services to youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Develop individualized intervention and rehabilitation plans in collaboration with probation officers, counselors, and social workers. Monitor progress and compliance with court orders, probation terms, and intervention plans. Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary. The qualified Juvenile Support Specialist will have: Bachelor’s Degree required. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle. Pass current, applicable clearances. Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
