Summary:

The Program Manager – MMCP role is responsible for all operational aspects of the assigned program, including development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation. Works with other teams and ensures that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in coordination with the work teams. Oversees the work of additional staff if applicable.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or relevant field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

License/Certifications:

Licensure may be preferred or required based on setting.

Experience:

Three years of related healthcare work experience required.

Additional Skills/Requirements Required:

Additional Skills/Requirements preferred able to lead work teams. Effective communication skills.
