Quality Lead 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 440 State Garage Road, Rochester, VT 05767 About the Role At Advanced Illumination Inc., we produce a wide range of LED quality vision systems that are used throughout other industrial and manufacturing facilities to ensure the highest standards of quality products. Advanced Illumination, Inc. is seeking a Quality Lead with a desire to grow a career with our expanding operations in Rochester, Vermont. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop, introduce, maintain and continuously optimize site’s processes as well as actively engage with the global Exaktera QM/RA structure. The tasks include strengthening the area of quality management as well as the establishment and further development of the increasingly important area of regulatory compliance. The future of this role is dynamic and requires an individual that sees their potential for growth within the company with responsibilities increasing in Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs. Key Responsibilities Manage the Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs Department Develop and improve the quality management system according to
ISO 9001
standards Develop and implement process to ensure stakeholder compliance (Regulatory Affairs) Support in maintenance of product quality and compliance Consult, coach and support employees on all quality and regulatory issues Monitor quality defects and initiate corrective and preventive measures as needed Develop, train and implement change management process Support the development and implementation of Site processes, including document control Plan and conduct external audits Represent the customer in terms of quality and compliance Manage, report & analyze of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) Minimum Requirements Relevant industry, production technology and product-related know-how Experience Experience with
ISO 9001
