” We are seeking 3 Construction Safety Managers to join our team for the upcoming outage at IP Riverdale. We are looking for 1 Day shift and 2 Night Shift managers. These roles are crucial in overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety that aligns with our company’s mission. Responsibilities Implement comprehensive safety programs for construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and procedures. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into all aspects of construction management. Requirements Proven experience in construction safety management or a related field. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and EHS regulations. Excellent risk management skills with the ability to assess potential hazards effectively. Strong communication skills for effective training and collaboration with teams.
