Compensation:

$60,000-$70,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
Conduct site audits, trainings, and root cause investigations
Deliver engaging safety and compliance training programs across multiple U.S. sites
Maintain records through platforms like JJ Keller, Samsara, ISNET, and Avetta
Support HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
Act as point of contact for all safety incidents, documentation, and reporting
Align field and fleet safety with industry best practices and internal standards What You’ll Need to

Be Considered:

3+ years of Safety or HR experience in an industrial environment Experience with MSHA or OSHA in a field-based or industrial environment
Familiarity with

HRIS/LMS

platforms Ability to travel 20-30% to sites across the U.S.
Preferred certification: OSHA 30, CSP, SHRM-CP, or PHR
