Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics – Product Safety Monitoring Position Available In Benton, Arkansas

As the Senior Manager of Product Safety Monitoring, you will have direct involvement in executing and building programs expected to guarantee product safety and regulatory compliance. You will work collaboratively across multiple business owners, tech teams and leadership to prioritize, design and execute key control monitoring initiatives across Product Safety to enhance visibility into areas of risk to our customers. What you’ll do… Leading a team responsible for all Product Safety control monitoring activities Being the point of contact to business and technology teams across Walmart/Sam’s Leading continual improvement of insight and trend spotting for Product Safety Maturing the analytics and insights model to spot risk across merchandising groups Working with key stakeholders to remediate risks and build compliance controls Identify and lead tech efforts to unlock new data streams and ways of working Collaborating across stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas.
