We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead site-wide safety and environmental programs, drivepliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do:
Lead strategic EHS initiatives aligned with world-class manufacturing principles.
Coach and train teams on safety best practices and regulatorypliance.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
Oversee environmental reporting, audits, and risk assessments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop annual safety plans and budgets.
Manage industrial hygiene, hearing conservation, and wellness programs.
What You Bring:
5+ years in a leadership role managing full-facility EHS programs.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
CSP, OSHA
30, or MSHA certifications (a plus).
Excellentmunication, leadership, and analytical skills.
