Job Description Serve as the site’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) leader Provide strategic and technical oversight for all EHS programs and policies Conduct and manage regulatory audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions Lead risk assessments, hazard analysis, and emergency response planning Manage hazardous waste, chemical handling, and contractor safety Deliver EHS training to employees and support ongoing safety engagement Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations Track and report safety metrics, EHS audits, and regulatory submissions Implement and maintain key documentation including SWPPP, SPCC, and GPP plans Use Cority or similar EHS software systems for documentation and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3+ years of EHS experience in a chemical manufacturing environment Strong leadership and communication skills In-depth knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS platforms (e.g., Cority) Experience managing audits, investigations, and compliance reporting Why This Is a Great Opportunity Complimentary medical and vision coverage 401(k) with 100% vesting on day one Family-centered team and culture Long-term growth potential with support from executive leadership Role is positioned for success in a high-impact site with visibility Stable, essential industry with sustainable and growth-oriented focus JPC-325
