Position Summary:

The Site Safety Manager is responsible forpromoting and enforcing of the corporate Health, Safety &Environment (“HSE”) program and providing safety support toconstruction operations. The position requires the ability to workcollaboratively with field operations to support a safe workenvironment for Team Members while using independent judgment toresolve safety related issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Complies with,enforces, and actively promotes all corporate safety policies andprocedures in addition to ensuring adherence to our number one corevalue
  • Safety first in all we do.
  • Assists the HSE Department inmanaging the overall corporate safety program by conducting,tracking, and reporting on accident/incident, near miss reports,audits, engagement activities, observations, orientations,trainings, and other related safety activities, as well asrecordkeeping of related documents.
  • Assists the project in workplanning and development of job hazard analysis and safe workprocedures Performs regular field safety inspections,accident/incident investigations (including root cause analysis),industrial hygiene assessments, and safety audits on activeconstruction projects.
  • Prepares daily and weekly reports on allsafety activities.
  • Conducts safety orientations and training insmall and large group environments.
  • Performs additionalassignments as required by the needs of the Company, or asotherwise directed.
