You will:
Perform medical care to Guests and Team Members Maintain daily paperwork Perform duties and documentation for Occupational Health Care, Workers Compensation, OSHA, and Case Management Lead and motivate Health Services Team Members Ensure departmental procedures for opening and closing are fulfilled Enforce all park and departmental policies and procedures Interact with guest and employees by greeting them and providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent Have a valid Driver’s License, and ability to meet the organizations driving guidelines Have a valid Paramedic, EMT certification or RN License Have at least one year supervisory experience in the medical field or medical emergency response Be available to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays Have data entry experience and Microsoft Office experience Be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes Be able perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks(use of tools/keyboard/writing) Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, climb, lift/carry/push/pull at least 35 pounds Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals Be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities Have a working knowledge of the Worker’s Compensation System preferred Have good written/verbal communication skills
