The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing effective risk management strategies, and fostering a culture of safety among all team members. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe working environment while supporting the overall success of our construction projects. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency response procedures. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into construction management processes. Manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate occupational health services as needed.
