We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support our client at a cement facility in Miami, FL . If you’re a proactive safety professional with a strong background in above-ground mining and construction safety, this is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations Provide safety training as needed Monitor worksite activities and enforce safety procedures Review and manage safety documentation and contractor correspondence Perform additional EHS-related tasks as appropriate Skills and Knowledge Strong public speaking and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking Ability to work independently and collaboratively OSHA outreach training experience is a plus Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information Deep understanding of EHS and construction industry regulatory standards Equal Opportunity Statement Sheakley is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
