Prime Management Group Inc. is proud to be recruiting a dedicated and bilingual Safety Supervisor on behalf of this well-established manufacturer. As the lead safety representative on-site, the Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the plant’s health and safety programs. This role requires a confident and hands-on safety professional with the ability to lead initiatives, deliver training, and ensure regulatory compliance across all departments. This is a full-time role based in Miami, Florida.
The successful candidate will also:
Serve as the primary contact for all health and safety matters on-site, working closely with leadership to implement policies and procedures Monitor compliance with OSHA, state regulations, and corporate safety standards Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions Lead incident investigations and develop preventative measures based on root cause analysis Collaborate with supervisors and team members to reinforce PPE use and safe work practices Coordinate and deliver safety training, including new hire orientation and ongoing development Manage workers’ compensation claims and support return-to-work programs Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for internal and regulatory use Work with environmental personnel to conduct required testing and support inspections Participate in emergency preparedness planning and lead safety committee initiatives
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a confident and resourceful safety leader with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, who thrives in an industrial setting and is committed to building a culture of accountability. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication in both Proven safety leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety auditing practices Experience facilitating training and leading investigations OSHA 30 Certification or equivalent preferred Effective interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization Proficient in safety documentation and use of management systems Flexible with work hours to meet operational and safety priorities Prime Management Group Inc. will accept all resumes and cover letters from interested candidates in confidence.
