We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest safety standards are maintained across all our worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site safety practices and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, codes, and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on site, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions. Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions for all site personnel. Monitor subcontractor compliance with safety procedures and documentation. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and injuries, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventative measures. Maintain and update all safety documentation including SWMS, risk assessments, and safety registers. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to integrate safety into daily operations and planning. Promote a positive safety culture through leadership, communication, and example. Job Requirements

• 2-year degree and 3+ years related work experience in Construction Safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• OSHA 30 Certification Required.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to maintain levels of confidentiality.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills and ability to speak in front of groups.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
