Position Summary:

PNK Group is rapidly expanding and we’re currently seeking a Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager is responsible for OSHA compliance and policy development, site inspections and audits, oversight of safety equipment, safety trainings, and more.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide OSHA-compliant safety policies and procedures Continuously monitor changes to OSHA regulations and ensure organizational compliance Maintain all required OSHA documentation, including logs (e.g., OSHA 300, 301), postings, and incident records Conduct regular site visits to company facilities and contractor locations to perform safety inspections ⁠Perform internal safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions ⁠Ensure job sites are in compliance with fall protection, confined space, lockout/tagout, PPE, and other OSHA-mandated safety protocols ⁠Identify, acquire, distribute, and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to site and task-specific hazards Track PPE inventory and ensure it meets

standards Develop and deliver OSHA training programs (e.g., OSHA 10, OSHA 30, hazard communication, forklift safety, fall protection) ⁠Provide toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce safety practices ⁠Maintain training records and ensure required certifications remain current Review contractor safety plans to ensure alignment with OSHA standards and company policies ⁠Conduct safety briefings with contractors before the start of work ⁠Perform safety inspections on contractor job sites Conduct on-site reasonable suspicion evaluations for drug and alcohol use ⁠Coordinate with third-party testing providers when necessary ⁠Maintain training in Drug & Alcohol Recognition and document incidents appropriately ⁠Respond to and investigate workplace accidents, near-misses, and safety complaints ⁠Ensure proper incident documentation and recommend preventative measures ⁠Lead root cause analysis efforts and track implementation of corrective actions Serve as primary point of contact for OSHA inspections, inquiries, and communications ⁠Coordinate and represent the company during OSHA site visits and enforcement actions ⁠Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a construction safety management role Safety-related certifications (OSHA, First Aid/CPR, etc) Strong understanding of OSHA standards, federal and state safety laws, and environmental regulations. Familiarity with site safety plans, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and accident investigations. Working knowledge of risk assessment, incident tracking software, and training tools.
