In this position, you will manage compliance programs, training, and audits while serving as a subject matter expert in safety administration. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in DOT regulations, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Manage and lead the safety and compliance team to ensure daily adherence to regulations.

Training & Development:

Develop and implement safety training programs for DOT-classified employees.

Incident Investigation:

Conduct root-cause analysis for accident investigations and provide expert guidance.

Data Analysis & Compliance:

Monitor incidents, violations, and CSA scores, implementing corrective actions.

Regulatory Oversight:

Ensure compliance with FMCSR regulations and manage DOT random drug and alcohol testing programs.

Safety Audits:

Oversee driver hiring standards and evaluate safety performance through audits.

Accident Review Board Leadership:

Ensure accurate Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and lead reviews.

Culture of Safety:

Promote safety awareness through training, mentoring, and communication initiatives.
